Bergamo!!

We had lunch and coffee close to our hostel before walking past confetti and and candy-wrapped houses and travelling by the funicolare to the old city. On our walks around the city we constantly found colourfull confetti everywhere -it might have had something to do with the 150th anniversary of the united Italy.

▶ Olalla: No, but thank you so much for doing so!!
▶ Dessa: They do have a special bond, those two!
▶ Malene: Bare rolig -du skal nok få en masse -inkl indkøb!
▶ Melly: I know, i really like it too for some weird reason!
▶ Hanacakes: a good thing!
▶ Celine: She is so small and sweet! i love looking back at 'old' pictures of her!
Siri: Almost :)
▶ Katrine: Meget meget billigt - men kun fra Billund med Ryan air!
▶ Lisen: I love to see him in a shirt because it does not happen that often :)

Sounds and looks like a wonderful time! What did you have to eat in the second picture? It looks like some sort of pasta in sauce perhaps?

I love: the multi-colored shutters in the first photo, the look of whatever you were eating in the second, and how the confetti covered stones look just like coffee beans- especially after the photo of your latte.

Hei! Nice photos from Bergamo! The confetti are there because it was Carnevale last week, I think :)

the confettis were there because of Mardi Gras.. children here in Italy usually throw them in the air on that occasion :)
I'm glad you had a nice time!
