thats it. these are the last holiday pictures! i have hardly taken any photos in the new year so far - gotta change that now! Hope you are having a good weekend! im studying....

▶ Ida: Wow godt husket - nej, det var julemanden der kom i år, men istedet en nissepige.
▶ Kerry: It is SO perfect for christmas! glad you could see that
▶ Saga: Its always a problem for me too
▶ Bantik: Yeah, we always have real candles -its the only way to go (Even if my father do have a bucket of water and a fire extinguisher standing by)
▶ Emma: I always knew this day would come, because we have lived there because of my fathers work, so when he stops, they move. But its still sad...

winter > < spring

Winter or spring? i don't know what to think...

▶ Brit + Liz: it is only 1.99 -but you have to assemble it yourself which can be kind of tricky.
▶ Maria: when ever i make a smoothie it think "why don't i do this everyday?"
▶ Lisen: its cheap and kind of a funny assembly project :)
▶ Golubka: amen!
▶ Benedikte: he he -its the boxes where i keep my shoes because we like eating breakfast in the bedroom :) but they are good as a table!
▶ Lina: i hope you did!
▶ Provins: der er meget indendørs camping over den lampe, men jeg er ikke helt god nok til kinesisk til at indstille den helt korrekt
▶ Sopchan: yeah, you need a little concentration to get it right, but its sort of cool with a little technical project like that!
▶ Stefanie: we are - every day
▶ Famapa: yes, i some times have to jiggle a cord to get it to work, but its worth it!

weather

the weather is changing so i need to post my snow photos before its too late. for a while there you could almost walk to Sweden (a fact that brings up bad memories for us danes). It might just be wishful thinking that spring is on its way, but im willing to live the dream a bit.

▶ Kempt: yeah, everything that is good for you should come in the shape of a brownie!
▶ Adeline: yes you are right -i didn't know the ones from Vitra
▶ Trula: I would really like to own some of those blocks as well!
▶ Ai: we just bought new pacifiers for Elinor and they were called moshi moshi kawaii -they are very kawaii indeed!
▶ Brit: you should -you really don't taste the beans they just give them a nice spongy texture
▶ Sopchan: what else could you say!
▶ Mieke Willem: im pondering a coffee-scheme! if i just sell 4 cups to my friends i could make a business out of it :)
▶ Lisen: yes, its a pity they are all sold out! i wanted to make some my self! or maybe put my dad on the job!
▶ Emma: Oh, those are the ones from Vitra. they are very similar. these are just a bit more.. modern maybe.

purple snow

it is still very much so winter in this part of the world and we have all caught a cold.

▶ Celine: a little silly but it makes such a difference to be able to freeze stuff! bread, cake, lasagna, blueberries.
▶ Ol: thank you -its not as big a step when you all ready have the kid :)
▶ Marie: we live on really high up in the building and the washer is in the basement.... next project!

ice

i found this bike down our street. its been encapsulated in ice. im sick of ice. but it looked really beautiful!

snow. again.

its snowing. again. im sick of it. the weather can really affect your mood! im sure its causing my headache right now! On the upside: blueberry muffins, coffee and new, furry slippers! and the sweetest blogreaders in the world, of course!

beat

beetroot-juice and sunshine on the cemetery. Today everything is plain grey, good thing there is always something beautiful to look at on line. I don't have as much time for discovering new things anymore and I feel like i need something fresh. Luckily i have all of your blogs and all of your links, so i just need time. Here is what i put in the juice: three apples, ginger, six carrots and two big beetroots! Happy sunday!

▶ Lina: Yes, and to think we almost bought something totally boring like clothes she doesn't really need and then luckily we saw the giant mushroom and fell in love!
▶ Ai: ha ha, i might start a production of grown-up sized baby clothes! it could be a whole new market!
▶ Ella: I know, vi gik lidt for langt.. tænker at billederne fra kirkegården kan suge op noget af the cuteness!
▶ Saga: I didn't want to say, but the mushroom does cast a spell on you so you can't stop looking, or maybe its elinor..

and the rest

and this is what the rest of my Christmas looked like; snow, family, friends, my sisters 30th birthday, Elinor's baptism. Its still freezing cold in Denmark and many parts of the country has been hit by snowstorms. But not Copenhagen. Here we just have the freezing cold and the weird feeling of January...

▶ Hubbub: Sure -my camera is an olympus 510e with the lens that came along when i bought it. Sometimes i also show pictures taken with my little samsung digicam or my phone.

doggy christmas

in case you were wondering, Rufus had a pretty good Christmas too. I think he prefers his everyday life, but he did get to play a lot in the snow and meet this cute little golden retriever named Tilde. Our joined Christmas posed a problem, since my poor little mother is allergic to poor little Rufus, but my mother took some extra medicine so Rufus got to join in and walked around the tree with us!

winter

its a cold winter in denmark so far with lots of snow around christmas. Im building up to my christmas recap with these snow pictures from my parents place. Today it snowed a little again and the lakes in copenhagen are frozen. I only saw it when i passed by them in a bus on my way to Ikea. What a way to spend a sunday.. but its part of my new years resolution: getting things done! Which means going to Ikea on a sunday instead of postponing it for ever..
