s(t)ay orange
When you get your picture taken in denmark the photographer will ask you to say orange to make you smile -it won't work in english, but try saying "appelsin"! -And the reverse is true as well: If you say cheese in danish you won't smile at all; try saying "ost" and smile at same time!
happy weekend everyone! The sunlight is coming through the windows and showing all the dirt and the mess. I think i need to clean up and out!
▶ Coki: Uuhh how fun! We are staying three days in Bergamo and thought we would swing by Milano one day! How great to get inside advice!

opfølgningskommentar: men hvad skal du i Bergamo?
fin appelsin i øvrigt :)
Mmmm, blodappelsin... og sikke en smuk farveovergangsrig én du har dig dér.
Du får et weekendsmil herfra - dog ikke et på skrift; sidder bare og smiler. Dejligt.
Оrange in Russian - apelsin )
That first photo is too fun. Blood oranges are the most photogenic of all fruits. I have the same problem as you! The only downside of finally have more sun in the apartment, is that no you can see what a bad house keeper I am!
hello, vitamin-smil!
haha, jag var tvungen att testa ordentligt. tänk så många runt om i världen som sitter och säger "ost" till sin dator just nu :)
amazing first photo, love the colour shades! and i know what you're talking about...when the sun came out last week i immediately had to clean the windows to not see through the dirt anymore and let the sunshine in.
haha, fin lille historie, mette. det lyder meget sjovt, når det beskrives på den måde. og sådan et appelsinsmil kan da kun smitte. god weekend til dig & dine.
"Ost"... I like that. Not quite the same result at all.
I wonder what other food stuffs people say to form a smile. What do they say in Russia... in Japan... in China. I wonder.
Cute pic.
Great photo's! In Dutch, we say 'kaas'. (cheese) But appelsin sounds good too!
Man kan også sige noget så dumt som tissemaaand, så smiler alle på billedet...Men det er ikke så filosofisk. Fint lille indlæg fra dig.
Åh så SNYGGGT!
:D
In Spain they say 'patatas'(potatos) which still puzzles me, because I don't see how how anyone smiles saying it. I like appelsin.
appelsin! :D
these oranges look delicious! and beautiful, i don't think i've ever seen ombre oranges, although the phrase rolls off the tongue nicely. the top image makes me look forward to summer :)
Hi! It's funny, in many countries you need say some aliment to smile, applesin, cheese, patata (potato)!
in dutch photographers say 'appelsien' too :)
ha ha, this is adorable. and so is your blog :)
looks cute and delicious!
