birds

birds can be scary! don't you think? especially seagulls. I find swans very interesting and impressive -and i sort of like that they are aggressive -but seagulls! they are just scary! + Now you can dive into the past from the category section in the sidebar! for example if you hate my blog except for Rufus, you could get all rufus - all the time!

Lynn&Horst: Typical for you to notice... but yeah..
Sarah: What a good idea! im totally inspired ..but a little inactive! The cupcake decorations was the best: Me and two of my best friends just talking and decorating the night before the wedding -we also made the sushi :)
Maria: Oh i better get them out there! where is her internship??
BB: Its D's giant vinyl collection -i think mp3s and vinyls is a good combo -who needs CDs?? I put an animal on the package to Famapa -but i send to few letters. I think they would be a nice little colourful surprise around town!

yep - really find seagulls scary too! hate it when I feed ducks with my son and they come flying - screaming! they are like hysterical, shouting women ;-/

I don't like seagulls. especially those with brown head since one of them grabbed my hot dog (not the bread) when I was a kid and visited köbenhavn

Jeg har aldrig forstået måger eller duer for den sags skyld, er SÅ bange for dem, og især efter en oplevelse i Rom, med en vis due der efterlod sine efterladenskaber lige i mit øje....:)

I dont think anyone hate this blog haha, but many of us maybe like rufus a bit extra? :D

Flocks with birds is scary, looks creepy to me to. Maybe not sparrows or budgies, but bigger ones, yes.

I don't really like birds either. They're kind of creepy. At least when they are many together. I just watched an awful documentary about Danish chicken poultries. Absolutely horrible. Even though I don't like birds I feel SO ashamed of the way we treat the chickens we eat! Did you watch it too? (Operation X på TV2)
I'm seriously considering to become a vegetarian. But I like meat too much. I just have to be more selective when it comes to choosing what meat I buy.
Oh well, anyway, I really just wanted to compliment your seagull photos, they're quite stunning.

Hi Mette!

Seagulls indeed are a bit scary, especially when they aggressively want to steal your ice cream (happened to me last summer). But I also like to hear their cries in the distance in the summer. It is a sound that belongs in Helsinki, I think.

But all in all, most birds are lovely.

I find birds unnerving. I get the same feeling from them I get from reptiles, not malice but profound inscrutability. Not surprising really, since birds are reptiles are closely related... BB

maybe rufus just needs his own dedicated blog... haha.

you should go to edinburgh, i think you would love it there! i think you can get cheap flights with ryanair from billund... (i don't know if it's worth going out to billund though for you, the flights would have to be super cheap!)
