when i was a kid i remember my grandparents going on bustours in europe. My mom has started scanning old photos from these trips: always my grandfather in front of some monument. always. :)
> Kim: He really is -you could stare at that face for hours! thanks for the invite to lookbook! now all i need are some photos of my self in fashionable clothes...

i love this - it is so touching! and i love to hear my grandmother tell stories like this too. about their lives, their youth, lives.

søde søde morfar - hvad tror du han ville sige til at være på blog - han knap nok oplevede computeren og slet ikke nettet.

The photos are great. And I think many people are used to do this: putting their beloved ones in front of the objects they are going to phtograph. Perhaps they want to document where always they have been??
there's just something so candid and wonderful about vintage photographs... like that last picture. the hat in the bottom left corner is great!!
haha:D he looks like a cool old man! great pictures.
wow, love the outfit in the first picture! this is another reason why we digital people have to print our pictures or there will be no memories to hand down the generations (I still haven't printed any darn it!!)
those pictures are amazing- I never look as cool standing in front of a monument!
i have just linked you to my blog- i love looking at yours- i hope that you wont mind!?;)
