blueberries and thunder

its raining hard and thundering outside and there is hardly any light. Im having coffee, carrot/apple/ginger juice and blue berries. i love blue berries and they remind me of my childhood, but i never eat them these days because they are soo expensive. healthy and delicious food should always be affordable. I have finished my first haruki murakami book and listening to the rain and thunder. For a moment there in one of the last chapters i thought it would have a ending i did not like, but luckily i really really liked all of it. i have another one waiting for me now. I like that its raining again! in the heat i feel like the bear in the picture.

I agree with you about the rain. This weather is very nice in my opinion (maybe also a bit because it's not too hot to wear my favourite new clothes...)

And now I really want to eat blueberries or blueberry pie maybe. Here it would be relatively easy to get them for free if you just travelled away from the city into some forest and picked them yourself. Last weekend when I was visiting my parents who don't live in Helsinki we went for a walk in the forest and it was so nice to be able to pick blueberries to eat along the way!

that sounds like a lovely alternative to watching the olympics. what murakami book did you read? thunderstorms are perfect for reading murakami.
